Lubabalo Tybosch, a mild-brain trauma survivor and CEO of Uniqova has recently won a Vessels of Virtue 2021 Award for Pillar Of Community and Emerging Leader.
Lubabalo is the founder and CEO of Uniqova as well as a South Africa National Development Plan (NDP) 2030 Youth Ambassador who is an accomplished IT professional with more than ten (10) years experience in the industry.
His greatest passion is his involvement in humanitarian programs that seek to alleviate poverty, reduce crime and contribute towards creating social entrepreneurship and social cohesion. At the age of ten (10) Lubabalo had a minibus accident which resulted in him not being to walk for six (6) months and a mild brain trauma. irregardless of living with a disability , this well renowned Toastmasters international public speaker and leader continues to be a darer, innovator, disruptive leader, and entrepreneur.
Entrepreneurship continues to grow in the black market and it has the potential to create many opportunities for emerging black youth. The NDP 2030 Youth Ambassador initiative which Lubabalo is part of, serves as encouragement to South African youth. Programme was conceived as an intervention aimed at promoting youth entrepreneurship to boost economic growth, increase employment, and reduce poverty and inequality. It was envisioned as a significant contributor towards the attainment of the national imperatives of creating an inclusive and more dynamic economic landscape.
